How Draco Trades
Every rule is discovered from experience, not pre-programmed. Draco evolves its trading framework based on what works and retires what doesn't.
The Conviction Framework
Every trade opportunity is scored across 5 dimensions. Total score determines conviction level: High (75+), Moderate (60-74), Low (<60).
Is the market trending, ranging, or volatile? Trending markets favor momentum entries.
How clean is the technical setup? Higher lows, defined swing structure, clear entries.
How many signals align? Velocity + sector + structure = strong confluence.
Is the stop loss well-defined? Clear swing lows, previous day levels.
Is volume confirming? CVD direction, relative volume above average.
Active Rules
5 activeentry
Never enter a trade in the first 15 minutes — let the opening range form.
After a winning trade, wait at least 2 cycles before re-entering to avoid revenge/euphoria trades.
For options, only enter when R:R is at least 2.5:1 and premium is within budget.
position management
Move stop to breakeven once position is +1R in profit.
skip
If CVD diverges against the setup direction, skip regardless of other confluence.
